Although we predominantly manufacture various types of conveyor systems, we also design full mechanical handling schemes, which ultimately incorporate many various products to offer profitable, efficient and complete handling systems. As part of our diverse culture we are not limited to the mechanical environment, but also integrate the electrical control aspects of systems. Chain Pulley Blocks

Chain Pulley Blocks are designed in accordance with IS 3832. They mainly designed for two class of categories viz. Heavy Duty & Medium Duty. The capacity ranges from 500 kgs to 20.0 tons. The Non Sparking Pulley blocks are also available. The suitable trolleys are also available. They are mainly Pull-push and Hand Geared type. Apart from these other manual handling products are Pulling & Lifting machines, Ratchet Lever Hoists etc.

Electric Chain Hoists

Electric Chain Hoists are designed in modular construction for easy maintenance. The special low head room, light in weight makes it more suitable than CPBlock. The capacity ranges from 250 kgs to 10,000 kgs capacity. This is a well combination of Chain Pulley block and Electric Wire Rope Hoist. This can use as independent unit by hanging with hook or can be fitted with different types of trolleys. This is compact in size.

Elevating Pallet Truck

Elevating Trucks are available in 2 types. One is manually operated which has 500 kgs carrying capacity & the other is hydraulically operated & available in 2500 kgs capacity. Both Trucks are light in weight & easy to operate. They are provided with Nylon Wheels which ensures excellent manoeuverability. These wheels are designed in such a manner that they maintain their own level of uneven ground & can thus smoothly glide.

Jib Crane

Jib Cranes are designed up to 5.0 ton capacity load. These are either 180 degree or 360 degree rotation. The 180 degree Jib Crane is mounted on the existing factory column and whereas 360 degree Jib Crane has independent column, the column is bolted with foundation bolts, grouted in the floor. The column is fabricated from Pipe or Rolled Steel Fabricated structure. The movable floor crane of 1.0 ton capacity cal also be supplied.

Single Girder Crane

Single Girder Cranes are designed up to 20.0 ton capacity. These cranes are either Hand Operated or Electrically Operated. The girder is fabricated from either ISMB rolled section or MS Plate Box Section. In H.O.T. Crane, the Chain Pulley Block is used as a Lifting unit and in Semi E.O.T. Crane a Electric Wire/Chain hoist is used. The crane is operated from pendent type push button station, which is suspended from the crane.

Double Girder Crane

Cranes are, designed and manufacture in accordance with IS 3177 and IS 807 mainly. The cranes are further classified and designed depending upon duty cycle or service classifications. The D/G cranes are generally cabin operated and can designed to suit auxiliary lifting unit also. The motors are slipring types with thrustor brakes are provided. The girders are generally plate box type. A walk way maintenance platform is also provided.
